Desde la vibrante escena electrónica de Tijuana surgió en 1999 el colectivo Nortec, una fusión audaz entre música norteña y techno, del cual eventualmente se desprendió la evolución del proyecto a Nortec: Bostich + Fussible.
Una banda que ha documentado la intersección entre la electrónica global y los sonidos tradicionales mexicanos con instrumentos en vivo. Álbumes como Tijuana Sound Machine, Bulevar 2000 (nominado al Grammy) y Motel Baja forman una trilogía que definió su propuesta estética y musical. A esta discografía se suma su más reciente producción: De Sur a Norte, que expande su lenguaje sonoro con nuevas exploraciones. En los últimos 25 años, han realizado giras por Europa, Asia, Oceanía y América, participando en festivales icónicos como Coachella y Bonnaroo, consolidándose como verdaderos embajadores de la electrónica mexicana a nivel mundial.

Horsegirl — the New York-via-Chicago trio of best friends Nora Cheng, Penelope Lowenstein, and Gigi Reece — have released their second album, 'Phonetics On and On,' via Matador Records. Produced by Cate Le Bon and recorded at The Loft in Chicago, (the band’s original and sonic home), 'Phonetics On and On' is an exploration of the lines between pop, minimalism, and playful experimentation. It’s hard to imagine any of these songs being written by anyone but Nora, Penelope, and Gigi. Horsegirl write with unanticipated honesty, leading us through scenes of girlhood and youth. These are moments of their lives. The indelible truth is that Horsegirl is a band of best friends; being around them you can see that love in their eyes and it is always a joyous thing to witness. It’s a love that is ever-present in 'Phonetics On and On' as tenderness reverberates back and forth across the recording.

Zilibito Records nació en Oiartzun el 22 de septiembre de 2022 y, en poco tiempo, ha logrado hacerse un hueco en la escena musical vasca. Más que un grupo, son un colectivo de amigos con una pasión compartida por la música y la experimentación sonora. Su energía desbordante y su autenticidad han sido claves para conectar con el público desde el principio. Ganaron el «Maketa lehiaketa» de Gaztea Irratia en 2023, consolidándose como una de las propuestas más frescas y originales.
Su música es una fusión sin complejos de géneros que va desde el trap y el pop-punk hasta el hiper-pop, con influencias de pop, reggaetón, electrolatino y funk brasileño. Son jóvenes, sin miedo a romper moldes y sin ataduras a un solo estilo. Para ellos, el autotune no es solo un efecto, sino una herramienta para jugar con la voz y explorar nuevas texturas. Con integrantes nacidos en 2006, reflejan una generación que crece con el cambio constante y la libertad creativa como bandera.

KELLEY STOLTZ es un cantautor estadounidense, multiinstrumentista e innovador del DIY cuya carrera se remonta a finales de los años 90, cuando comenzó a grabar por su cuenta pop psicodélico y garage-rock en su estudio casero de San Francisco.
Nacido en Nueva York en 1971 y criado en Michigan, Stoltz ha publicado un notable catálogo de álbumes, a menudo tocando todos los instrumentos él mismo y recibiendo comparaciones con la meticulosidad melódica de los grandes autores pop de los años 60 y la originalidad de la power pop y new wave menos conocidas de los 80.
Tras lanzar su 18.º álbum, La Fleur, en 2024 con buena acogida crítica, regresa en 2026 con su 19.º disco de estudio, If You Don’t Know Me, Buy Now, una colección que continúa su larga exploración del psych-pop cargado de hooks, letras introspectivas y arreglos ricos en texturas que honran sus influencias y al mismo tiempo empujan su sonido hacia adelante, reafirmando su estatus como una de las voces más prolíficas y singulares del rock underground.
